Demo 1st patch - Localization, rebalancing and track decorations

This patch contains a large amount of changes based on NextFest player feedback, fixes and other planned improvements.Major updates:Localizations for 15 new languages: Chinese (simplified), Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish (Spain), and Swedish 🇨🇳🇩🇰🇳🇱🇪🇪🇫🇮🇫🇷🇩🇪🇮🇹🇯🇵🇰🇷🇳🇴🇧🇷🇷🇺🇪🇸🇸🇪 Rebalancing of tracks (to keep both lanes equally long), reduction of AI opponent difficulty from 90% to 80%, and better ordering of tracks to match the difficulty curve.
