Patch notes: Minor multiplayer fixes

Small fixes made to improve players multiplayer experiences if they have a weak internet or poor connection to the server. Hosts will now be prompted in game if there is a guest with a better connection to the server and will be given the option to promote them to lobby lead. (All players will benefit if the host of the lobby is the one with the strongest internet/connection to server).
