Small Demo Patch

Hey everyone! I've just pushed an update to the demo to enable access to the Guard Bell modifier. This modifier changes your lives to work like health instead, which means taking damage will not restart the level entirely. (except falling into pits, and other "non-recoverable" damage sources)I'm considering allowing another modifier (just the one seems lonely), but for now this gives more casual players an option to make the game more accessible to them.Let me know what you think of it!
