City Hotfix 1

Hey Trailmakers! We hope you're enjoying exploring New Torque City! If you haven't visited yet, remember you can still enjoy the map without the DLC if you join a hosted server! As always we've been watching and listening to feedback and reports coming in and we have a small handful of fixes we wanted to get into the game as soon as we could, so we have a small hotfix that is out now. This hotfix will be landing on other platforms early next week. Fixes Fixed players with AZERTY set in in game options having incorrect inputs. (If you previously set this to QWERTY as a workaround to the bug you will need to set it back to AZERTY). Fixed cases of empty messages appearing in chat.
