NewBan Appeals. The people you banned come back to argue. After Wave 2 the shift does not start until you clear a queue of three cases: the post you banned, quoted with the rule you cited, and their side underneath. Two buttons, no tools. Sometimes they are right. The plea never tells you which. From Wave 3 on it is optional overtime.Overturn a ban that was sound and the account comes back next shift doing the same thing, with the same profile in Investigate.The break room asks you things.
