Nomad 1.7b Hotfix

Hello Survivors! 1.7 has so far been a success however it did launch with a few issues. Hotfixes have been rolling out, trying to squish as many bugs as we go. Some things had to change as it was causing too much server lag. Hydroponics Stations no longer need a nearby Water Barrel for a water supply. Instead now you directly put Water Bottles inside of the station. Fuel Tables will no longer automatically fill up nearby Generators. The crafting materials have been reduced to reflect the change. This was simply causing too much lag on populated servers. Nomad Celebration holiday has ended. Thanks to everyone who showed up and watched the fireworks.
