Upsets still happen, but a top team will rarely end up in the bottom half of the table.More shots are taken per match, bringing the numbers closer to real football.When you face smaller teams or your league position is already settled according to your objectives, the manager will start giving minutes to squad players.The manager now uses his communication attribute to soften the morale drop of players who are not getting game time.Managers now have up to three favourite tactics, ordered from most to least preferred.
