4.2 brings Global Football's first tournament mode. Every Saturday and Sunday there's a cup, with a live bracket, coin prizes and a trophy on the winners' profiles. Lightning Cup — the headline Saturday and Sunday at 9 PM, in your region's time. There's a cup in Brazil, the US and Europe, each on its own server. Sign-ups open from 8:50 to 9:00 PM. Join solo or with your party. Just be online when it starts. 3v3, knockout. Every team wears a randomly drawn national team, name and kit. A draw? Penalty shootout. Matches have no fouls; penalties only show up to settle it. Bots fill the teams. If someone drops, a bot takes over on the spot and the player can come back to their slot. Play while you wait.
